Page 49.--WILLIAM TELLER. In the name of God, Amen. I, William Teller, of New York, Gentleman, being in sound and perfect memory. It is my will that after my decease, the whole of my estate, real and personal, shall remain in the possession of my wife Rachel Kierstede alias Teller while she remains unmarried. And she shall bring up the children till of age or married, and then to give them such portion as she shall think fit. And after her death to my children. My eldest son William is to have ?5 in lieu of any pretence of his being heir at law. Legacies to sons John and Jacobus, and to three daughters (not named). I make my wife executor, and my beloved cousins, Jacobus Kip and Stephen Richards, trustees.

Dated June 25, 1710. Witnesses, William Eigt Andries Marschall, Isaac Kip, Abraham Van Vlecq. Proved, May 4, 1711.
